Is the 24L Adventure Pack suitable for both travel and hiking?
Yes. The pack is designed for travel, everyday carry, and outdoor use. It combines top access with a clamshell travel layout, a supportive harness, hydration compatibility, and attachment points for trekking poles or an ice tool.
Is it carry-on friendly?
Yes. The 24L Adventure Pack meets carry-on size requirements for most airlines and fits easily in most overhead compartments. Its compact, soft-sided design will also fit beneath many airline seats.
Is the hip belt removable?
Yes. The lightweight hip belt can be removed when it is not needed.
Is it hydration compatible?
Yes. The padded laptop sleeve also functions as a hydration-reservoir sleeve. The pack includes a reservoir hanger and concealed hose routing through the shoulder strap. Hydration reservoirs are sold separately.
Does it have a laptop compartment?
Yes. The padded sleeve includes a false bottom and can hold a laptop when it is not being used for a hydration reservoir.
Does it open fully?
Yes. The pack includes top access and a clamshell opening. The open interior does not use the full packing divider found in the dedicated travel packs, making it easier to carry everyday or outdoor gear.
Is it waterproof?
The pack uses waterproof materials and sealing external zippers for strong weather protection. It is built to handle rain but is not intended for submersion.
