Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with all packaging attached.

To start a return, visit our returns portal. Once your return is submitted, you’ll receive a return label and instructions through the portal once the return is approved.

A return shipping fee of $8–$16 will be deducted from your refund, depending on the item(s) being returned.

To start a return, visit our returns portal. International customers are responsible for arranging return shipping via a trackable service, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once shipped, add your carrier and tracking information to your return request.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery for processing.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the best way forward is to return your original order and place a new one.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at CustomerService@MatadorEquipment.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

• You may use a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, including your name and order number.
• You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging attached.
• We will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned. Unless the goods are defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or where other statutory exceptions apply.
