Once your return is approved, we'll email you a label to ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping fee of $8-$16 will be deducted from your refund, depending on location and items being returned.

Buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping via trackable service, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

*Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not eligible returns. Voluntarily rejected shipments are subject to these terms.

To start a return, please email CustomerService@MatadorEquipment.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you're looking to return. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue your refund.

Please allow 3–5 business days after the return arrives for processing.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the best way forward is to return your original order and place a new one.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
