Returns and Exchanges
Returns in the USA:
Matador has a standard 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Items listed as FINAL SALE, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity are not eligible for returns.
Matador is NOT responsible for the cost of return shipping. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and typically varies from $7-$14.
To make a return, please email CustomerService@MatadorEquipment.com and include your name or order number. We kindly ask for 3-5 business days once your return shipment has been received to process the refund.
International returns:
Matador has a standard 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Matador unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not considered to be a return. Voluntarily rejected shipments are subject to these terms.
Items listed as FINAL SALE, Limited Edition, or Limited Quantity are not eligible for returns.
To make a return, please email CustomerService@MatadorEquipment.com and include the name or order number. Upon receiving the item in the condition in which it was shipped, we will process a full refund.
The easiest way to go about making an exchange is to return and reorder. Please email CustomerService@MatadorEquipment.com to schedule your return.

No, we do not offer price adjustments. If you are within 30 days of your original order date, you can initiate a return of your order and re-order at the lower price. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducated from your refund.
