How do I stow my ReFraction™ Pro for travel?
Like the rest of the ReFraction™ Series, the Pro is simple to pack down. Just invert it into its own top pocket, zip closed, and clip the included carabiner for carry
Does the ReFraction™ Pro have comfortable shoulder straps?
Yes. The Pro uses the same cushioned, breathable, contoured shoulder straps as the standard ReFraction™ Backpack. Hidden internal structure keeps them from pinching inward or digging in, so the bag stays comfortable for all-day wear.
What makes the ReFraction™ Pro different from the standard ReFraction™ Backpack?
The Pro keeps the same sleek 16-liter profile and packable design as the original, but levels it up with travel-ready upgrades. A dedicated externally accessed laptop sleeve, layered admin pocket, and hidden location-tracker pocket make it ideal for tech-heavy trips. Special-edition teal accents and Pack Hacker® branding set it apart, while all of the original features—dual water bottle pockets, sustainable materials, and water-resistant zippers—remain.
What sustainable materials are used in the ReFraction™ Pro?
The ReFraction™ Pro is built from 100D recycled nylon and other Bluesign®-approved materials. Bluesign® ensures the fabrics are safe, environmentally friendly, and ethically produced. All materials are also free from PFC, PFA, and PFAS.
Is the ReFraction™ Pro waterproof?
The Pro is made from waterproof materials and finished with YKK® sealing zippers. It’s designed to handle light rain or unexpected showers. For full weatherproofing, we recommend the Advanced Series
Is the ReFraction™ Pro personal-item compliant?
Yes. At 16 liters, the Pro fits under most airline seats and is considered personal-item compliant on the majority of flights worldwide.
Is the ReFraction™ Pro a limited release?
Yes. This collaboration is a special edition and will only be available for a limited time while supplies last.
How long is the warranty?
The ReFraction™ Pro is covered by Matador’s 3-year Total-Protection Warranty. All gear, in or out of warranty, is eligible for free repairs.
