What's the difference between the GlobeRider and SEG Series?

Travel isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some trips mean packing once and staying put, while others have you on the move every day.

That’s why we offer two different travel collections—the GlobeRider and the SEG Series. Both are carry-on friendly*, built from technical materials, and loaded with features, but each is optimized for a different style of trip.

The GlobeRider Series

With international travel, you never know what’s coming. A simple flight can turn into a three-mile walk from the bus depot in the rain. Dragging a roller bag down a muddy street doesn’t cut it. We like the structured access those bags offer—but we wanted it with the comfort and durability of a hiking pack.

That’s how the GlobeRider Travel Backpacks came to life. They combine the organized access of a traditional travel bag with the weather resistance and carry comfort of a mountaineering pack. Available in 35L and 45L, both are carry-on friendly* and built for longer international trips — perfect when you want to pack light, skip checked luggage + stay ready for anything.

The SEG Series

The SEG Series is built for travelers who live out of their bags. Road trips, hostel hopping, city to city — you’re always moving, never fully unpacked. Instead of one big compartment, the SEG uses segmented organization so everything has its place and stays instantly accessible.

Smaller items stow in zippered pockets, working like built-in packing cubes, while larger or dirty gear fits in the clamshell undercarriage. The result is a travel backpack that works like a dresser —organized, versatile, and ready to move at a moment’s notice.

DIFFERENT PACKS FOR DIFFERENT JOURNEYS

The GlobeRider is built for travelers who pack once and stay a while. It’s your go-to for long flights, big trips, and carrying comfort over distance.

The SEG, on the other hand, is like a roving dresser — designed for travelers who are always on the move, changing stops, and never unpacking.
