1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the giveaway hosted by Matador Equipment ("we," "our," "us"). By entering the giveaway, participants ("you," "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. This giveaway is only open to retail employees of shops that carry Matador products.
3. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Matador Equipment, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway starts on September 16, 2024, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on October 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM MST. Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, you must submit the following information via the official entry form:

2. Last Name
3. Email
4. Phone Number
5. Retail Store Name
6. City
7. State

Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 3-day trip for two (2) people to either Boulder, CO, or San Francisco, CA, plus two Matador travel kits.

The total maximum value of the prize is $3,790, broken down as follows:

1. Up to $1,000 for airfare
2. Up to $600 for Airbnb or hotel accommodations
3. Up to $750 for meals and entertainment
4. $1,200 retail value for two Matador travel kits
5. Up to $240 for rental car fees
6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly on October 17, 2024. The winner will be notified via the phone number or email provided in the entry within 48 hours of the selection.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Delivery

The trip will be booked in collaboration with the winner by Matador Equipment. The winner must book the trip within 6 months of receiving the prize notification, or the prize will be forfeited.

Matador Equipment is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment or booking of travel accommodations.

8. Publicity

This giveaway does not require the winner to grant permission for publicity or promotional purposes.

9. Privacy

We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, available at Matador Equipment Privacy Policy.

10. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

The trip must be booked within 6 months of notifying the winner. If the trip is not booked in that time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate compensation will be provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

Matador Equipment is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in this giveaway or from the acceptance of the prize.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary due to factors beyond our control.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
